Friendly staff, excellent breakfast options, clean and spacious room with climate control
It was VERY disappointing that they closed the hot tub for most of the stay. I paid extra to stay here rather than a cheap hotel so that I could enjoy the hot tub. I was not happy about that. If I knew I wouldn’t get a hot tub anyway I would have just stayed at a cheaper hotel.

The only issue I had was being charged $75 per night for our dog. I had mistakenly thought the $75 was a flat fee.

We loved everything. The room was spacious and the walk in shower was huge. The water pressure was amazing. It’s close to stores and food. The free breakfast had quite a bit to choose from.
It’s not that I didn’t like, but the pullout sofa mattress could have been a little more comfortable. I did sleep through the night on it.

They were very nice and everyone loved our dog while we were there. Love the play pen they brought or my 10 month old son. Breakfast was great to the western omelette yummm
Pet fee was a little much but it is what it is. Did not like the mistake for over charging me for my stay one night l. $227 to $567? But I called and they gave me a refund just need to wait 5-7 business days

Breakfast was good, a variety of items to choose from. Didn't like how strong the coffee was.
We weren't able to get into the pool area, the door was malfunctioning. Maintenance eventually fixed it.
Found the coffee to be very strong. Had to add hot water to water it down. The coffee station near the front desk ran out of coffee cups...I informed them and they replenished them.

They had warm chocolate chip cookies available in the lobby! Breakfast and pool were great. Room was fresh and comfortable. Lots of channels to relax and watch TV.

The staff were nice
We were charged $75.00 for our pet for one nights stay .I was not told that at the time I booked or when I registered .I would not have booked there if I knew that was the cost for one night .

The price was atrocious through Priceline!! $302.00 Canadian for a standard room is ridiculous. Pure theft is all. I don't know how they can justify. Will never use them again.

The room was not worth the amount we paid for it. Hampton Inn used to be our go to hotel, but we are starting to think differently. The rooms are not being kept up to the par of the company.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We asked for a cot and it was the nicest cot we have ever used. The breakfast was really good as well. Lots of options
The only complaint I have is the pool. I feel the chemicals were a little overkill. We were only in there at the absolute most 15 minutes and my eyes were burning and I did not swim, was simply in the room. My daughter and nephew who are teens started suddenly coughing pretty bad due to the air quality. After this experience I remembered another Hampton Inn we had stayed at about 10 years ago actually bleached all of our bathing suits after we used the pool. So this was slightly disappointing

my room was dirty. Had nerds candy on the floor by one of the beds so clearly was not cleaned properly before my visit which grossed me out

Breakfast was great, rooms very clean. Staff was kind. Pool was great and clean just very packed constantly. Had my family of 5 there, kids did the best they could to keep quiet and no one seemed upset about the kids being around. Seemed family oriented. No complaints on my end!
Pool was great but always filled with people. Lots of splashing haha.
