Easy to check in
Falling apart, stains all over the tub, broken drywall cracks in the wall. Smell of mold can’t see out the windows because of mildew. Carpet was extremely dirty. I couldn’t even walk on it with socks because my socks turned black within minutes.

Everything about that place was horrible
I was accused of taking the smoke alarm which who the hell takes a smoke alarm? I believe that was their excuse to keep my $60 deposit. I caught the man digging in my trash cans after I had left the room. The places disgusting and I believe that they are scamming people to still their key deposit and I do not recommend anybody to waste their time or money or anything staying there ever again it stunk their continental breakfast was Captain Crunch toast and coffee that was it in a place was just filthy

There was nothing to like about the place it was infested with roaches.
The roaches, the infected bed, and the torn up carpet. The many things that I have already explained to the Marion County health department.

The location was good, lots of restaurants near by. The place was dirty, no complimentary breakfast, roaches in my room. It was unkempt all the way and just rundown. Interior does not compare to exterior.

The staff was kind and friendly
1st thing I noticed was there were bullet holes in the building. Cracked windows, dirty grounds, when we got our room there was pizza sauce on the floor, food crumbs on our beds, black pokey dots on the curtains, dried urine on the bathroom floor. This doesn't make for a good 1st impression. Then the next morning getting woke up by blood curtling screams of a woman screaming help me get away from me I'm terrified of u. So safety is even a concern.

Nothing. Bugs in bathroom. Kind of warm despite AC on. Wall by the bathroom had red jelly stain or blood stain. TV had only 3 channels working.
The room wasn't clean enough, smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking signs in room.

This place should be condemed, dirty and very unclean. Mold on shower, food on walls, black hairs on sheets and candy in the beds. Staff was rude and not at all accomidating. We asked for clean sheets, told NO.

staff was kind, check in and check out was super easy, the facilities were cleaner than i expected with the rest of the reviews, the shower was a little hard to get to turn on but everything else worked as it should
the breakfast wasn't too great, just some cereal, milk, bannanas, coffee and a few pre packaged honey buns and other pies. was hoping for something warm or cooked but was let down in this aspect

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. As soon as you walk in it reeked of cigarette smoke and filth. One of our rooms had bedbugs, one had a roach, the other had blood on the wall, tissue hanging from the ceiling. The hall had blood on the walls near the elevator. The room doors didn’t look safe. Just don’t even look at this place. While here we instantly booked a room for the remainder of our stay at another hotel. We literally sat up all night. And checked out early 6 am.

nothing but the frondest attendant!…. he was very understanding about the condition of the hotel and us not wanting to stay. Nothing about the property was comfy

The breakfast was a joke. 2 kinds of cereal, 3 green bananas, & bread. That's it! I wouldn't even drink the coffee because the place was so dirty.
This place is filthy. You wouldn't walk on the "carpet" in bare feet, you wouldn't want to get in the shower without flip flops, it's disgusting! The bed was old, the pillows lumpy. The TV has about 10 grainy channels. I went downstairs in the morning to hear the front desk cleark arguing with someone on the phone at full volume! Seriously, don't stay here.

Price was cheap & couldn't be beat for so close to wedding venue at Black Iris Estate & 20 min Uber to downtown nightlife and restaurants. Ubers come very quickly.
Hotels Location was amazing. Bar, liquor store, Mexican supermarket with authentic tacos in the back, nail salon, Einstein bagels with great coffee as well, even a bus route. All in walking distance. Police did seem to patrol the area a lot as well. Woman was kind enough to give us a battery jump in the hotel parking lot that was nice enough. People in Indy seem to be nice.
Upon arriving to the hotel there was a nazi symbol outside of the door. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes although we booked non smoking. Plates were missing from the outlets and the mechanism that electronically opens the door. No hotel locks on the room doors. The Wi-Fi and TV didn't work. We were moved to another room after the toilet didn't work and wood was found jutting out from under the bed.
There were signs not to leave trash in common areas. The hotel goers seem to be living there, not traveling for business or work. People drinking and smoking in the parking lot as if normal. Cleaning staff arguing about guest loudly and public ally
I have stayed in hostels, hotels, motels, around the world. Even an airbnbs with roaches once. This "hotel" was the worst I have ever stayed in. 0/10 would not recommend. I used room furniture to barricade the door because I didn't feel safe and I'm from NYC very street smart and bravely traveled the world alone and this place sketcheddddd me and my boyfriend out.
Not to mention it looks like the hotel hasn't been updated in 20 years the furniture and carpets reflect it.

Nothing except the front desk clerks offer to cancel my reservation once he showed me two rooms that we, to put it politely, substandard
this place was FILTHY. Absolutely disgusting. Not sure how they have a business license. Food still in the microwave from a prior occupant.. Bathroom was not cleaned after last guest. Lightbulb missing from rusted desk light fixture. Simply disgusting.
