Hot water, more than 4 PBS stations, clean furniture would do for starters

The price the location and the relative closeness to necessities like food and drinks. Also the size of the room was good

Considering my reason for the visit, the room served it's purpose. The lobby looked immaculate even though I had to stand outside to check in. The overnight female receptionist was very nice and helpful however the morning person... a gay black male, was too preoccupied talking to a friend on the phone instead of tending to the needs of the customer. The overall appearance of the hotel was run down and needs to be addressed. And the rooms should be renovated because of a dark and dungy feel. Lighting also needs to be addressed as well as some other electrical issues and there was a problem with the hot water.

Loved the layout, loved the location and loved the people at the front desk....

Did not like the way the housekeeper was talking to me and told me NO when asked her for extra towels and clean linens. She was very unprofessional and argumentative about what should have been offered to me anyway. At that point is where things could have escalated making me feel very uncomfortable and wanting to be refunded on my money and just simply going to another hotel but the Front desk attendee fulfilled my every need, lowering my blood pressure. That particular housekeeping lady needs to go, if she doesn't like her job. Never felt the need NOT to tip housekeeping until this stay here... Poor hospitality on her part alone, tried not to hold it against the WHOLE establishment but it was hard, her attitude sucked... Still willing to patronize the Econo Lodge business just not EVER doing that location again... The stragglers and poor upkeep is something that can be overlooked but not willing to overlook an employee's poor attitude on top of how the rooms look, NO WAY!

Room was very gross. Smelled like cigarette smoke. Tv remote didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t work. Only good thing about this place was the kind staff

The location was great, it was near a lot of food and drink choices. The room was handicapped accessible as I requested. The bed was comfortable.

There was a lot of noise with children running down the sidewalk unattended. The carpet was very worn and outdated. There were not a lot of outlets in the room. The remote control had tape on it and you had to continually press the tape to get it to work. The ceiling above the shower head looked like it was going to fall in.

The light in the bathroom was out, I went to the front desk ( because the phone in my room didn't work), the maintenance staff was gone for the day. The light was never replaced. I was there for 6 days. The TV only got 1 channel and there was no remote. I went back to the front desk, was given a remote to program and was never able to program it. I watched TV on my lap top my entire stay. There was no iron, I had to go to work with wrinkled clothes. A couple had a physical fight outside and was throwing bottles. The filth that was the room, carpet, drapes were yellowed from cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, we're falling off the road, shower rod falling off wall and curtain wouldn't stay closed moldy

The room didn't have hot water so I had to change out rooms after I done got undressed move back and forth to another room it was just a disaster for me but it was comfortable after I got settled

Someone was shot by a gun on my first night. I could not walk around bare feet.

it was nothing like the pics. there were concrete tables and Ben he’s broke in the side in a dirt pile. the back of the building was disgusting. Area and people roaming around the hotel that clearly weren’t staying h there. very sketch! I was there with my 2 daughters and they were so scared to stay there. we tried to make the best of it but as we end up the disgusting carpeted outdoor stairs, we saw broken window in the rooms. area smelled like weed!!! the room was decent but no towels, lighting was bag. tub looked stained and filthy. toilet paper on the bathroom was almost empty with no refills. no towels. rug was disgusting. my girls were afraid to even sleep in the bed. we literally took our suitcases and walked right out! found a different hotel and stayed there. terrible experience. also, sign in the lobby stated NO REFUNDS 10 minutes after checking. who does that? don’t stay here!!!!!

VERY BAD. bad area. disgusting rooms. cop parked out in the parking lot bc of how bad it is at night. very sketchy. the photos on the website are very misleading. room smelled heavily of cigarettes. people smoking pot in parking lot. the peek hole on the door was literally just a hole. I had my 1 year old so I was very upset. found a roach as we were taking our sheets off, decided to look for bed bugs bc it was offsetting, we found bed bugs so definitely wouldn’t stay here ever again.
