I booked a room there but I booked it for the wrong thing and I called three days in a row I canceled it ahead of time and they refused to give me my money back I had let them know the in advance so it left me in my significant other stuck stranded with nowhere to go for the night I have called to talk to the manager and she told me the manager was named to call back tomorrow and I called for 3 days after that I was declined each time to speak to the manager they were very rude and they refused to look at their inboxes to see that I have canceled my booking ahead of time because of due to the fact that I have booked it for the wrong City

Breakfast experience was terrible. No milk, no spoons, options mostly unavailable. All guests were complaining about lack of supplies and breakfast. Hotel short-staffed. Just a terrible breakfast experience.

The staff was horrible, the pool was closed, they didn't have enough blankets for every bed to have one.

I didn’t like it they didn’t have towels or rags after we checked into our rooms and refused to bring them to me expected me to get up and come to the front desk and get them

There was a fridge and microwave in the room

The room was dirty, smelled like dog pee. There were random stain spots on the carpet. The bathroom shower was dirty and mold on them. It was the worse experience ever.
