Great, felt-safe location with lots of surrounding parking and a Starbucks nearby. Very comfortable and spacious room. Nice gym, pool area, and convenient coined-laundry on the 1st floor; gym and laundry had 24 hour access. Lovely breakfast options, and especially liked the available 24/7 coffee/tea area, perfect for when we visited in chilly March.
Only 1 of 2 dryers was working to accompany 2 available washers, and we needed to wash clothes the 1 night we were there; however thankfully our room was right next door (Room 107) and we were first to use the washers, so only an issue for those we came after us. Also found there were no clean towels and an over-flowing of used towels in the gym, but that was easily and quickly remedied by a call to the front desk.

The room was above my expectations. Large shower. Great breakfast & lounge. Staff was so kind & accommodating.

Quiet for the most part.
Room dated. No USB ports anywhere unlike other Hampton locations. Older tv.. limited channels unlike other Hampton locations. Very loud cleaning staff.. doors slamming constantly.

The location and the normal things offered by Hampton were good BUT the overall was RUINED by the terrible Breakfast service. It was crowded and the woman working the buffet was as slow as hell and did not seem to like her job at all. When we arrived at 9am they were out of eggs both scrambled and boiled, there was no sausage, no milk, no syrup, and no toast.

Apparently we booked a room when there was sports stuff going on. Lots of parents with children. Children bring loud and playing with parents not disciplining them during quiet hours. Bath tub drain was not draining properly, when one takes a shower.

Great, spacious family room! Great breakfast and beautiful clean hotel.
We booked this stay for the pool for our kids specifically BUT upon arrival found out the pool didn't open until 10am with 11am checkout! The kids were really disappointed to not get much morning swim time. Also, our door had problems and our room keys continually malfunctioned. The staff realized the door lock had a low battery but couldn't be fixed right away.

Location
Rooms not very clean. Pink/red water stains around the sink and tub drains . Not enough parking . Breakfast food was not restocked . Dirty tables dirty food area. Practically no good left 30 minutes before closing . Price of the total stay was overpriced for how we were treated.

so close to JBLM. We we’re there for military. literally across the freeway. so convenient.
our TV didn’t work. but they discounted the room and offered an upgrade that we declined.

I liked the size of the room and the staff were nice.
I lost a baby blanket there and they couldn’t find it in the sheets and I am assuming it was just thrown away.

Housekeeping was nonexistent during my stay. Bed was never made up. I had to go to the front desk to get shampoo, as it was never refilled.

Large room with a sofa bed. Very clean.
Very noisy room located at end of hallway next to stairway. We could hear noise from pipes throughout the night making it difficult to sleep and also woke us from sleep in the middle of the night.
The bath tub is very noisy when you step onto the tub. Bottom of tub squeaks with ever step.
This is clearly an ADA room for people that are hearing impaired. If offering this room to guests with no disabilities, the hotel should offer at a much higher discount rate and provide ear plugs.

It was right next to my daughter's military base
The staff in the morning refused to accept cash for snacks and made me take my own towels to the laundrey room and pick up my clean ones
