it was clean except the shower. it was a little dirty.

Couldn't get the thermostat to regulate the heat. Had to use AC which was a challenge. Neither one kept a consistent temp.

Friendly staff. They fulfilled our request for the location of our room. The coffee stations were well appointed and the coffee was delicious. The breakfast was also good with a adequate amount of foods and beverages to choose from.

The temperature control of the heat and air unit wasn't consistent. The room temperature would go from being too hot to being too cold..

The overall experience was pretty good my only complaints would be the hot tub was not working which I feel like they should of let us know when booking we pay for that to be excess able! And the other thing being our shower head wasn’t working properly it w ok upset change settings and it was like getting beat down taking a shower just came out really hard so my kiddos had to take baths instead!

The room was very clean, breakfast was awesome and the staff was friendly.

The tv satellite did not work, even though weather was fine. Called the front desk, they told us to unplug the tv and plug it back in. If that didn't work, we could change rooms. To me it would have been too much trouble to change our room. The tv satellite provider should have been contacted to make the situation better.
