air conditioner right next to a bed, meant either the heater couldn’t be used or the bed

the location was wonderful and convenient. continental breakfast was a huge plus and they had water and coffee for free all day long. very nice stay and having the person balcony’s was a nice touch.

the beds are very very firm and the elevator was a little rickety but nothing else of complaint.

The Boardwalk, it is literally across the street (within a few steps) of the property. They offer a continental breakfast at a designated time every morning (please check with the front desk for the exact times) which offers an assortment of baked goods, bagels/cream cheese/peanut butter, cereal/oatmeal/milk, hard-boiled eggs, orange juice and of course, coffee. The room also has a small fridge and a small microwave which came in quite handy for us.

There is, however, a slight issue with noise. For example, muffled voices can be heard from time to time--I think mostly coming from the door outside. But we could also hear the faint sounds of toilet flushing and showers running. It's not some loud decibel sounds, but it exists and could be an issue for people who want complete silence.

Great staff, comfortable beds! The room was very clean and love that they have big containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! This has been our families second stay and will definitely be back!

I enjoyed that there was breakfast just wish there was a little more in options.

Reception was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and very clean. Location is excellent for exploring the waterfront area. Breakfast was very good with a variety of breakfast items. The whole hotel staff was friendly - grounds and buildings kept very clean.

Location was perfect. Our room was nice and clean. We loved that we walked straight out the door and across the street to the Boardwalk. We also bought the discounted passes from the front desk. That was helpful

The location, staff and breakfast were outstanding. It was a real pleasure for my family and perfect for young children.

Clean, comfortable and right across from the boardwalk.

Soap and shampoo were empty in shower, but no trouble once we told them. Breakfast was basic, but got the job done. Biggest problem was very tight parking. Some cars parked over the line. Staff found us space though in the end and were friendly doing it.

Great location, no Thrills, clean, comfortable stay. Cleaners were not coming into rooms, you had to request help at the front desk, which seems pretty typical. The boardwalk is about 30 seconds away, and downtown is about a 15-minute walk. Very nice to have parking included. The staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was a little picked through when we got there (by the cleaners! and we got there in the middle of when breakfast was open.)
