Convenient location

Everything was broken! Swimming pool, kitchen for hot breakfast, printer in business center. Had to wait 30 minutes to check in as the sole clerk struggled to print a boarding pass for another guest.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The hotel, itself, is very attractive and comfortable. There’s a beautiful view on the backside of the building and from the breakfast area.

Almost everything has broken down when we were there. The pool and hot tub were shutdown due to a frozen/burst pipe, which we knew about before booking. However, when we arrived, there was a sign announcing that the oven in the kitchen was broken and any hot breakfast items were being prepared offsite and wouldn’t be replenished. On our second morning, there were no hot items,at all. Then, the only elevator in the building broke down. Thank goodness, we were on the second floor. There were noisy kids running around above us the first night, the last of a holiday weekend, which was not the hotel’s fault, but I would think twice about staying here during any school vacation as it is near a popular ski area.

Alarm went off twice at 6 and 6:20am. No assistance from staff to understand whether it was real fire issue or just a problem with their alarm system.

Elevator is sketchy.... Needs service..

The room was very clean. The breakfast was one of the better breakfast's that I have had compared to other comparable hotels. The room was quite, not a lot of noise.

The price was way above what it should be for a midrange property, but, it was one of the only rooms available in the area

Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Rooms were very clean & comfortable and the Breakfast each morning was very good with a lot of variety to choose from.

While the hotel is a little dated, it was clean and met our needs for an overnight travel on our way to canada. The breakfast was sit down, or grab and go. The indoor pool with a good temp and hot tub enjoyable. The guys played disc golf at Caliber. We ate dinner at Mic Duffs a few miles away and it was a great atmosphere
