They were missing the outlet covers, but everything else was good

Super convenient at a great price. This is not a fancy or plush property, but it has always been clean and quiet with the amenities I need for the 5 times I've stayed here.

I honestly have no criticisms from my recent stay.

Microtel Inn is a cozy and comfortable hotel with excellent service and amenities. I loved the bed's comfort. Will come back again!

The staff was kind and it was easy to find.

The facilities were incredibly dirty, dingy, and disgusting honestly. The drain in our shower looked like it was growing something. The exterior door key scanners were broke so all the doors were propped open (unsafe) and the one wall of our room was all mirrors. The beds weren't bolted to the walls, so they moved. There was no actual bed side table, just a shelf between the beds. The electric outlets had no covers on them. There was no vanity in the bathroom and there was no closet. An absolute disappointment as I normally love Wyndham branded facilities. Do not recommend and would not use again!

Rooms were not very clean. Air conditioner smelled like urine.

Check in and out was easy. Staff were pleasant (not friendly). Parking was plentiful and close to door. Room was quiet.

Towels were stained. Top sheet had stains. Cushion on window seat had large blobs of dried paint. One wall had large dried stains - looked like ketchup (or blood) draining down the wall and other smaller dots all over the wall. The TV remote did not work, forcing me to leave my room and go down to the front desk to get a replacement (no phone in the room). Going down for breakfast at 6:45 AM (had to leave by 7:00) - NO COFFEE. I didn't have time for a new pot to be made.

Place needs some repairs and upgrades. (Shower, carpet, door catch was broken, breakfast was somewhat weak and not everything worked - no decaf coffee, etc.

The location was making improvements to rooms but the room I had was 234 and seemed to be in process There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and the heater / ac was in bad shape and hard to adjust.
