Room could have been cleaner. There was French fries on the floor, the room did not smell clean, I bought Lysol and sprayed everything down.

the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well, shower was hot, breakfast was good.

I would like to have had bacon as a breakfast option

Lots of people at breakfast that morning and no staff restocking so a lot of food not available. No eggs, no bagels, no fruit, no hot water for tea. We made due with what was there but have had better breakfasts.

That your website had it mark as a spa tub in the room and then it doesn't it don't have any none of the rooms but it says it does when it doesn't

The check in Staff was very kind and even during a computer crash! They got us checked in quickly. The size of the room was great!

This hotel has seen it's day. Our room #412 was not cleaned well. There was hair around the sides of the tile entrance and bathroom and an earring next to the tub. Also stuff dripped on the floor so it was obvious it had not been mopped. I spoke to a cleaning person down the hall and it was not her room to clean but she apologized and said it would get done. I spoke to the front desk, same friendly folks as upon check in, and it was done by the time we got back from dinner. :) There was mold stains on the caulk under the tub faucet. Breakfast was COLD. The window shade in my inlaw's room #418 did not work. It seems like it's ready for some updates. And no Christmas decor at all. I was a little surprised about that.
