Close off the exit, A/C was good
Room 105 had alot of pubic hair around the bathtub/Toilet area. Found several strands of hair on the sheets under the bed covers. The left bedside had a broken outlet, couldn't use the lamp, even the lamp had a broken outlet. The outlet by the bathroom sink looked burned and unsafe. The cold water on the faucet for the sink did not work and had to use the tub faucet to wash my hands and brush my teeth. The sink faucet was extremely hot to use for the basics. My wife and I traveled to Monroe to pick up a trailer and wanted to stop in to rest for the night. Is it possible that you can refund my stay please.

I loved the location of the hotel. It allowed me to get to all the locations I needed to within 10 minutes of my departure of the hotel.
Breakfast was not provided, even though the website states that it is provided. Parking was not ideal for large vehicles like trucks, which I drove. I was not able to secure my room door with the deadbolt and the security latch at the top of the door was broken. The room had been renovated, but the renovations were sloppy. I made my reservation based on the pictures and reviews. I last stayed in the hotel when it was first built. The quality of the hotel has since went down.

Advertizing clearly stated breakfast is included. Receptions tells me they have not had breafast for some time.
Floors are not clean. Stepping into the shower will quickly show you have dirty feet

The location was great and the staff
was helpful.
My room smelled like weed when I entered it. There was a member of the cleaning staff nearby and he immediately apologized and offered to disinfect the room. After his efforts, the room did smell better, but it's hard to rid a room of any kind if smoking smell with only regular cleaning.

Not as advertised on Booking.com. There was a damp used towel hanging on the bathroom door. The bed spreads had obvious soiling. The location is very remote, down a dark gravelly road with nothing else in site. I am not an easily scared person but the other ladies I was with were very uncomfortable with the location.

Location was great close to my job. I did not have breakfast.
The refrigerator in my room didn't work at first but they brought me a new one and they only had 1 iron i had to return it back to the desk each day overall stay was good

The location was good and in a quiet environment. Didn't get to have any breakfast there or coffee in the lobby but I don't blame the hotel, they have to follow the have to follow the covid restrictions just like everyone else so nothing against them.

The sheets were dirty!!! There was hair in the floor of the bathroom. The room was musty and just felt nasty....the mini fridge didn't work !!

There was NOTHING I liked about this property. The advertisement photos are very much deceiving.
The location is horrible. It smelled like cattle poop since there were cattle grazing 10 feet behind the property. The hotel was dirty. The outlets did not work so our TV was not working. Then we figured out it had to be unplugged and plugged into another outlet to work. The refrigerator was not working properly and the next morning all our sandwich meats, milk, yogurt spoiled. The toilet was on an angle and leaned to one side. It felt like you were falling off of it while sitting.
We were 2 adults and 2 children at check in. Our room had 2 bath towels, no face cloths and 1 hand towel. When I went to lobby and asked for more I was told I had enough. It was like I was holding the staff up to get 2 more towels. Then the front desk lady had nerve to asked me are you sure you don’t have face cloths. Like I really want to steal their towels. I’ll sleep in the nearest rest area before I stay at this location.
I was charged $125 a night.
Never Never Never again.
