Nothing. The hotel canceled our reservation and hasn’t refunded our money after two phone calls!

Great location to walk to places
The pool was very small and we were told there was a hot tub and there wasn't. And breakfast was just stuff you would get at the gas station not expressed.

It was located right in Hot Springs so central to everything we wanted to do. Despite the condition of the room, it was clean as was the bedding and towels.
The property was clean but in need of some repairs. our window was broken on the outside, the bathroom walls had poorly repaired holes, and overall it looked very run down. The hallway smelled like wet dog and there were multiple rooms with boots sitting outside the doors.

Not quite clean enough; there were 2 hairs in the bed, dirty floor behind the bathroom door, hotel lobby was pretty outdated.

Breakfast was on the weak side.
Choices were bagels, cold cereal, milk, OJ, Apple Juice and coffee.
Fan in bathroom was very noisy. A lot of truck traffic going by all hours.

Staff wasn't concerned about our stay. Communication problem. Staff was never at desk. Poor selection and machines didn't work in breakfast area.

I didn’t partake of the breakfast that was offered. I was surprised by the cleanliness and value. Also, the manager was very considerate: he knew I was going to be there late, and he put me in the most convenient room on ground floor with no request or prompt from me.

It was clean, safe, and a perfect location for why I was there.(funeral)
The local pizza joint delivered fast and good food. The picture of the waterfall is at the little café we ate at every morning.
My wife was not impressed by the continental breakfast freshness… But she's picky in a good way. ( :

The rooms were clean and check in was a breeze! Beds were comfortable and shower was huge!
Larger space for breakfast would have been nice. There were 2 tables that sat 4 people each and when people were sitting at the tables, you could not get to the food!

Our room was a little clean, coffee pot had old coffee in it! The towels were suppose to be white but some were brown and some had stains on them! The breakfast area I seen a baby cockroach on the counter crawling!

The hotel was satisfactory. There was nothing special about it nor anything bad.
The breakfast included did not include much. And it wasn’t restocked when items ran out which further limited the available options.
