Very clean Great location

Everything we wanted at a good rate. Good location. Flowers were gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The proprietor is really nice, understanding, and accommodating. The grounds are well-kept/landscaped. It must be gorgeous in the summer, but unfortunately we went in the fall when many of the flowers had wilted. Still a lot of really pretty annuals though. The motel itself is also quite accessible. Not too hard to get to Weirs Beach, Meredith, or various attractions around Lake Winnipesaukee. Rooms were clean and well-kept, and the decor had a homey vibe. Nightly rates were fairly reasonable, especially for Columbus Day weekend.

Probably not the most optimal lodging option if you, like me, have a special needs child. Walls are quite thin and sound carries. Our son was often distressed/made a lot of noise, which other visitors could hear and complained to the proprietor about. As I noted, the proprietor was quite nice about our situation, but it still kind of put a damper on our stay. Also, I just couldn't get comfortable in the beds for some reason.

The flowers are beautiful. Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable and convenient.

No Breakfast included. Room was vastly overpriced. I will never book another individually owned property again. I booked 7 hotels for this trip, 5 chains and 2 independently owned. Both of the independently owned were unsatisfactory. I try to do business with small businesses but the chains I booked were far superior in every way- newer, cleaner, better services, more amenities, friendlier staff, and even cheaper!

Everything was exceptional, especially George! He went above and beyond for me especially being new to the area.

The location was convenient to the concert we were attending.

Un-personable owner at the front desk, very basic room reminiscent of the 1970's.
