The gentleman at the front desk was amazing he made me feel welcome.
I don’t like that it smells like smoke, the entire building should be smoke free it just isn’t healthy to breathe. And people were walking and slamming the doors most of the night.

It had great TV station options.
Well, it was a non-smoking room and people had definitely smoked in there. The hallways smelled better than the rooms. The bathroom/shower could have used a remodel. It was clean but run down.

Though non-smoking the room was smelling all the time and was unbearable. The floor had dirt on it. The bathtub was damaged. Will never stay here again.

The staff was amazing! The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was great.
The beds were not good. They were very hard and the springs would pop every time we sat on it.

anything from my phone to the TV And there was no YouTube on the TV nor was there any way that I could watch things from the Internet on the TV

Location was good. There was no breakfast, pool or spa.
One bed was comfortable. The other was thick, very soft and hard to sleep on. No supporting structure. We had to ask for soap and a second set of towels.

The price wasn’t bad at all. We stayed for one night and didn’t have a far ride to sesame place. There was a lot of places to eat near by.
The shower/bathtub was dirty, the towels had long black hair on it, the beds sheets were dirty and felt like there was sand in it. They used a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet for the mattresses.

Was so hot it was impossible to sleep because the air conditioner didn’t work

Near my destination
Stuff was broken or didnt work. Needed outlet for CPAP... stopped working... fortunately I brought an extension cord. Staff slow or difficult to find. Overall poor condition of property.

Location was good
There were little ants all over the top part of the bed, we had to kill, the chair in the room felt unstable, only one wash cloth in the room. The rooms definitely need some remodeling work. Did not sleep well, probably because of the ant issue..... I did let them know at check out about the ant issue and he advised that I should let you know on this report for a refund as he could not give me a refund because I booked through you.

there was an odor that impregnated all the fabric. at the moment washing all the clothes I bought to eliminate the unpleasant odor. a million years of unbridled cigarette smoke. really unpleasant.
