The location was a standout feature. Easy to get to. Easy to check in. The breakfast provided a wonderful selection of food from fresh to cereals. we appreciated the pet friendly nature of the hotel

There were some details in the bathroom - broken tile, loose toilet seat - that were not unmanageable but appeared an overlooked detail.

The room smelled terrible. We were given a can of Lysol. The toilet broke early evening. My husband called and ended up having to go to the front desk. No repairman there. They offered nothing. My husband ended up using a paper clip so we could flush. He told them. They shrugged okay. Offered no new room or a discount on the rate. For a 4 1/2 star hotel, this was ridiculous and disappointing.
