Conveniently off the highway

Disgusting room. Toilet seat was completely OFF and there were stains all over the bathroom. The door that faces the parking lot, the lock was broken. Room smelled horrible and was dirty and dark.

Nothing.

Disgusting, outdated room. Filthy, broken furniture, ceilings. Do not stay here! Pictures are very misleading. Beware. All night could hear some sort of animal in the ceiling walls. This hotel owes me money for therapy for the trauma of staying here. Yes, it really was that bad.

Cheap

The room (possible mold). The breakfast was terrible.

The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room had an indoor and outdoor entrance, which was helpful, although only the inside entrance worked for getting into the room. The outside entrance made packing up the car easy. And I did not see evidence of bedbugs.

You can tell that money isn’t really put into upkeep. The toilet seat was missing an attachment at the back. The outside door didn’t work for getting into the room. The outside door was covered in little kids stickers. The carpet that served as a baseboard was pulling away from the wall in several places.

I did not like anything about this stay.

The bed bugs in the mattresses and the attitudes of all the people that worked there.

Location was OK

Staff was not friendly. First, check-in took quite some time for reasons I didn’t understand. But that was OK. When we got to our room late at night very ready to sleep, the smoke detector was running out of battery, so it kept beeping. We called the front desk to come and replace batteries. We waited for 30 minutes with no staff coming, and we decided to go to the reception. Here, the staff was just sitting on their phones doing nothing. We finally got a staff member to our room when he just pulled out the detector from the wall, so we ended up with no functional detector. At night, the place was very loud, we could hear what was going on in most room around us. The next morning there was no breakfast even though we had made sure that breakfast was included which the staff at check in had confirmed. If you’re just looking for a bed to sleep in, this place will do the job, but I would never recommend staying here.
