We left Apple pen in the room and when we called the hotel they said it was not found. Looks like it was stolen.

everything wasn’t available but upon asking things were provided. ex: missing hair dryer in room, no towels or sanitizing spray in workout space.

The front desk person who checked us in at night was super friendly and kind. The room was nice and clean and we slept really well. Loved the pool and hot tub as well. The breakfast was amazing!! And staff were friendly and helpful all around

We weren't able to get a late check out when we asked even though we were told we could when we checked in.

Quiet neighborhood next to park along river.

Update the checkout time posted on the inside of the hotel room's door. I double checked the checkout time on the sign attached to the door that clearly states check out is at 1200 when check out is at 1100. Being rushed to vacate the room left a bad taste for an otherwise great stay. Staff wanted to argue the point instead of own it and ensure it doesn't happen again.

Coffee maker was a disaster, shower, off and on valve is defective, spa jets were very weak.

I thought I liked that it had a 24 hour hot tub, but the hot tub jets did not stay on, the water was dirty, and it wasn't very hot.

The room was dirty, mold in the shower, trash under the bed, and a bra in the bathroom area. This room was obviously not cleaned well

Rooms are excellent. Staff are superb. Location is great.

Very comfortable beds! (2 queen size) The breakfast was very well stocked and variety was excellent! There was an elevator that was extremely handy from our floor to the garage. Parking was great under the building. The desk person was very polite and cleaning staff was too.

There was dust on the tv cabinet and the desk in the room. Also spilled/dropped cold cereal on the floor between the beds.

The pool/hot tub is open 24 hours. Yes! We never get to enjoy pool areas because they always close too early. Room was very clean! The view was better than expected! Breakfast was great and 4 hours long! I felt they were catering more to the customer's convenience.

That being said, the pool area could use a little cleaning and sprucing up. The furniture in the rooms is really showing wear and tear.
