Location and the rate was reasonable. Nice that there was breakfast. The presence of an entities.

The pool is in a state of disrepair, there were tiles laying about, the water was freezing and looked really dirty. The breakfast was the minimum amount to be called a breakfast. The room had no soap in it when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were too small.

Beds uncomfortable. Rooms freezing and bed only had sheet and light duvet (below 0 temperatures outside). Breakfast did not have a lot of choices

Beds were rock hard, toilet ran constantly, breakfast offerings were less than expected. Walls were poorly patched, floor felt soft and like it was going to fall through. Overall price is absolutely insane for what you get.

The heat didn’t work so our room was in the 50s. We were traveling with our two year old and 3 month old, so we actually had to move them to the car to sleep because our car has working heat. Neither the hotel or booking.com seems to care that we had to sleep in our car despite paying for a hotel room, or that we had to cut our trip short after getting 3 hours of sleep. Nor do they care that they sold us a room that was not safe for our children. The hotel did give us a space heater since they know this is an issue, but it was not powerful enough to raise the temperature. Do not stay here if you have kids. If you do stay here bring your own towels, there are none in the room and bring blankets. If you experience a room with no heat and a strong draft coming in from the window, you need to complain to the front desk when you check out to get a refund. If you flee like we did at 5am, apparently the owners don’t care about the guests per the staff I’ve spoken with, and you will not receive anything.

The hot tub was nice.

It was not a clean hotel, the beds are horrible, the rooms would not warm up, regardless of how high you turned the heat. The toilet area is so small that it makes it hard for even a kid to properly take care of business. Holes in walls and wires hanging out. By far the worst lodging experience I have ever had. $269 a room is robbery, I have had much better for a lot less.

Rooms were extremely dated. Shower curtains and sheets with holes in them and everything about the room showed it’s age. It’s obvious they haven’t touched the rooms since the hotel was first built.

Front desk help was helpless, breakfast was nothing, online listed a hairdryer no one could find one at the front desk then the man told my husband the maid would be there at 8:30 if we could wait till then, I mean I have no choice I’m in the room with head full of wet hair and it’s snowing outside I’m not leaving! maid gets there tells him they have none! at this point my family is starving since it’s after 9:30 we gather our things and walk down to leave front desk is eating breakfast and I tell them it’s the worse service and hotel experience ever! I’m still waiting on the hair dryer he just shrugged his shoulders! also to add the rooms are nasty! bed is ridiculous hard, windows are not locked and the flooring is literally coming up!

We have stayed at this hotel for many years it's too bad it isn't what it use to be. Our first room smelled pretty bad along with the hallway on the 4th floor, we had no choice but to change rooms. When asked if they had a playpen for our baby we were told they don't have any that was a bummer first time i hear of a hotel not having any playpens. The breakfast was terrible absolutely no options all they had was dry bread and bad coffee. The ice machines were all out of order except for one and unless you ask the front desk you would never know the 2nd floor is the only floor with a working ice machine. We will unfortunately never come back after 15 years it was definitely not worth the $213 we paid for 1 night. The front desk employees looked miserable it's too bad they don't like being there.

old furnitures and dirty floor. there were trash under the couch. it’s sad that I didn’t see anyone cleaning. it was just the reception girl the whole time. ice machine was broken, pool was dirty, and breakfast could be a lot better.

changed rooms several times because shower drains are clogged, gave up trying to find a decent room. Rooms are very old and need updating.

Comfortable all around plus friendly staff

One of the elevators malfunctioned during the stay as well as an issue with the showers water sporadically hearing up to a scalding temperature.

The toilet didn’t flush. The sink was full of water and would drain when we checked in. They told us maintenance couldn’t fix until the next day. They gave us draino and never came to fix it. The shower kept going from scalding hot to freezing cold. There was a screw almost out making the spiral staircase come away from the wall. Breakfast said it was from 6-9. E we went down at 7:30 and everything was empty. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
