The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The selection of food was great!

Breakfast was wonderful. Clean room and the pool was nice. Everything looked well maintained and well run. Also appreciated having a security guard monitoring the parking area.

Elevator was slow.

Everything! Great location, clean room, comfortable bed, everything worked, got a great rate, breakfast and coffee were delicious. I've stayed here many times and have always enjoyed my stay. The hotel has been renovated since my last stay and is even more beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Our shower was clogged, which they tried to fix, but couldn’t completely repair it. Then, when my son was laying on the bed, there was an insect that was wiggling on the top of the bed that I personally had to kill. Our room was eventually switched, but only to a bedroom with a single bed that was sunken in on the right side and our kids had to sleep on a blanket on the floor.

We asked for a disability room on the ground floor and got it. The room was clean and comfortable. We were right across from the laundry, so we were easily given extra towels and a blanket. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

The disability bathroom had a walk-in shower with no lip. The water ran all over the bathroom floor. The sink area was too small to hold our cosmetics. No convenient place to hang a hand towel. We were glad the laundry staff were right across the hall to give us extra towels to clean up the water.
