It was very quiet and peaceful. Valencia at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY amazing and very accommodating. I had a little hiccup with my stay on the first night (she knows what i,m talking about..lol) but she made sure that I was good. She also gave me recommendations of where to go in Houston.. The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and friendly..breakfast was great.. Location was great as well, I was within 10-20 mins away from everything.most def would stay again.

Clean, comfortable beds
Our room phone didn’t work, 1/3 of the ceiling wasn’t painted…. Simple fixes to elevate the rating.

Location is perfect for flying in and out of Houston From Hobby airport. The fire alarm went off at 5 AM and the staff did an incredible job of keeping everyone informed once people discovered it was an actual potential fire situation.
In the fire alarm situation, it was a customer smoking in their room. Obviously, I did not care for this. The staff truly did exceptional job making sure grumpy evacuated customers were informed and kept comfortable.

Loved the free shuttle and closeness from the airport. Especially loved the Texas shaped waffle maker. So fun!
The pool and hot tub were dirty and cold. Hot tub wasn’t turned on. Disappointed.

Everything smelled fresh and clean! Location was close to everything, room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a plus, it was stocked up to keep up with everyone. Definitely enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great, furniture to sit while at breakfast was nice too, beds were comfy. Great stay overall.
I did not like the location, it was not very close to the places we went.

It was close to Sam’s Club for gas. Safe location. Decent location.
GPS wanted us to turn into Howard Johnson & they hotel had a gate blocking us. However the Howard Johnson van was parked in our parking lot. The lobby attendant was very curt & short with us. The lobby was loud some guests we’re having a loud party. It was far away to purchase stamps.

I liked the fact that there was a free shuttle to get us back and forth from the airport. It was nice not to have to take an Uber or Taxi.
Our room seemed a little dirty and there were things that were falling apart. It gave the impression that it was really old and that it hadn’t been kept up.

The rooms were very roomy, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast. was very nice. And uts close to the airport.
The pool area was nice & clean. Looked inviting. The heater to the pool didn't work. And the pump to spa was broken... we were disappointed.
