Bathroom shower needed major repair. Room 218

We specifically picked a hotel with a pool so kiddos could have some swim time after a long drive. The pool room was large and clean with plenty of towels stocked only downside was a pool water was a bit cool.

Property was nice and conveniently located off highway. Decent Mexican restaurant right across parking lot!

The hotel was nice. Unfortunately, I was placed in room with adjoining door to the room next door. The people in that room BLASTED the television ALL NIGHT; it never went off! I contacted staff but nothing changed. In this day and age, there was no way I was approaching them directly; you never know who has a gun and will shoot you. My daughter and I got little, if any, sleep as a result. The hotel had plenty of rooms, so putting us next to a room with adjoining door was not necessary and would have made a big difference with regard to sound barrier.

The room was clean, large and breakfast was good. There's a Mexican restaurant alongside the hotel parking lot, which for us was a pleasant surprise. Very good, reasonably-priced food.

The room was very spacious -- far more than what we needed. Perhaps this was why the cost of the room was a bit excessive compared to other hotels in the same class.

The bathroom was filled with nice quality towels and very clean. However, no one in the staff had noticed that the tub had no way of being filled. No working stainless steel linkage nor any stopper??? Admittedly, we checked in early (4:30 pm) and the shower curtain was hanging over the shower curtain rail suggesting someone perhaps was signaling the need for further attention. Still....

Very spacious rooms,  comfortable beds and fantastic showers, with some extras such as a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was very good as well.

Room temperature - either hot or cold. Blankets on bed too thin.

I liked the location and the size of the room.

The carpet was very dirty and stained badly and the room smelled. The bath room wall had a dark molded line.

They could have a coffee machine. Also, the coffee ran out and was not replenished immediately.

N/A. Because We have a very unpleasant experience when we checked in so we left.

1. The property has serious security issues. We went into the first room we were assigned and there was someone already in the room. And the second room we got given has the whole family in there and they just checked in before us. The front desk women put on a "not my fault face" and kept helping others instead of taking care of this serious safety issue. 2. We decide to cancel our reservation because we don't want to get a "surprise" when staying in the room. However, the front desk women kept helping others when processing our canceling request. She refused to explain why we don't have priority here and treated us differently. 3. The front desk woman refused to give us her manager's contact. This is a very bad experience we never had before.
