Gorgeous location on the Bay, staff are very helpful and professional, multilevel terrace for drinks and food is beautiful

Love the location! Amenities were also a great perk.
Too small of rooms. Couldn’t fit all of our suitcases even though we booked the “deluxe suite”.

Wish the pool closed later, one of the queen beds in our room was dirty, no communication to reach the front desk didnt work.

Nice large room with water views- comfortable bed.
Long weird walk to end of hall to the only elevator that services those room. It was quiet tho so that was nice. Wedding taking place at hotel made check in chaotic. Not the best trained staff for check in 1000/nt rooms - I’d expect better. They need to hire more housekeeping so they can get people
Checked in on a busy weekend. Did not have the room we reserved four months ago (2 queens) for us. Tried to give us king with pull out sofa, which wouldn’t work so they did end up accommodating by giving us two kings instead, but it’s not rocket science. It worked out but was annoying and I convenient.
Lastly, loud DJ playing VERY LOUD techno dance music on Sunday at noon by the pool made eating casual lunch outside nearby on the deck at the outdoor restaurant awful. We had to eat fast to leave - the noise was unbearable. Gave us all a major headache.
