Comfortable bed

The bed and bathroom were excellent, met my expectation

Room was way to small for what I paid for it.

The one morning I went to eat breakfast in the hotel the internet connection was out so I could not pay for my breakfast and I had already checked out of the hotel. I do not think I would stay here again.

The hotel was close to dining and shopping. Given that the airline lost our luggage, it was nice to find affordable replacements within walking distance.

The computer in the lobby for guests to use was down. But the Wi-Fi was fine so we were able to make do.

It was exactly like it was in the photos! The bathrooms are so squeaky clean and new and no moulds. omg im so happy about this. the sheets are also clean. im like a neat freak so you can just imagine how this makes me happy. location is also alright. Near banana republic outlet, several malls, trader joes, denny’s, etc. Accessible! bus stops nearby too. If taking the bart from san francisco downtown, go down at mcarthur station take the bus and go down shellmound. easy!
