Great location to where I needed to be

Staff and food was great. The lady who kept the food available when needed did a great job!!

I guess this is what you get for $100

OMG, everything was old and basic. The room smelled bad... I didn't even shower here.

The swiftness with which Receptionist Ms Chelsey changed our room, when we complained of a noisy Aircon with no cooling at all. she was very professional. The breakfast was sumptuous though we woucl have more vegetarian options.

The Aircon in the initial room given tour was a big flop - it was noisy and did not cool the room at all. we were given a different room on Day 3 of our 5 day stay

Front desk staff was friendly. Use of Lyft to get to hotel was easy. Hot tub was nice.

A very unfortunate shooting left my daughters frightened and nearly stranded. After a concert, they Ubered back to the hotel which they couldn't near because of the police barricade. They were finally escorted in through the back door of the hotel by an officer who said the shooting had happened between cars in the street but had "spilled" in to the hotel. After a basically sleepness night of worrying about what that meant and how safe they were, at check out in the morning (before dawn) they asked the front desk person to call a Lyft for them to get to the hotel (this is a service provided by the hotel and how they got there the day before). The clerk said they were unable to do that but to try the hotel across the street. My daughters pressed about "what about through the back" or "we could walk and meet somewhere" but the clerk said they were unable to do anything and try the hotel across the street. My daughters were once again escorted by an officer, across the street, where they called an Uber to get to the airport. I am dismayed by the hotel's lack of a plan for lock downs. I feel all guests should have received text : about the safety in arriving at the hotel, how to get in to the hotel, how to depart the hotel. I feel the hotel should have had contingency plans to help guests and inform guests. When I contacted the hotel, part of their response was, "My employee did everything they could" and "your daughters still had somewhere to sleep." In the future I will take them up on their own advice and try the hotel across the street instead.

Staff was pleasant. Rooms appeared clean. Close to airport.

Repairs are needed. Holes in walls and looks like ran out of spackle to fix them. No water available for purchase for 2 days. No water offered during breakfast.

breakfast: service was slow and had to wait for long time, but many of items were already gone at 7am. window wasn’t shut all the way and very cold & noisy at night

The room was good for our trip with three adults. The breakfast was well stocked with a variety of hot offerings. The location was great for spring training baseball games very close to Angels ballpark. The front desk and breakfast staff was helpful and very pleasant. The parking was easy and safe.

The bathroom could use some upgrading.

Great location - easy to get to and close to the airport. When we made our reservation the site indicated there was a free airport shuttle but the hotel had changed to Lyft rides at $12.50 per person a few months ago. The hotel provided the Lyft for us since it was marketed as being included on booking.com - that was appreciated. There was a nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit. Bed was comfortable for us. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff and breakfast hostess were friendly and helpful.

We could hear the people above us walking around - otherwise, the place was nice and quiet. The tub had a chunk missing on the outside that made the bathroom look a little trashy.

Rooms need to be renovated: Old carpet. We were on the 3 rd floor _ ice maker was very old!

I was displeased that the hotel said they offered free shuttle to and from the airport. Upon arrival they mentioned their policy changed and I was charged for taking a lyft. In fact they updated their sign at the desk the day I was there.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator in room.

The cooler worked but was very loud. Would have been nice to sleep with it on but because of the noise it made that was impossible. Thankfully it was cool outside so I opened the window to allow some air in and traffic noise wasn't too loud. I was too tired from the long travel that I didn't report it until I check out in the morning.

the room was clean, beds comfortable and we had a very late check in that they were accommodating with.

I needed to book the hotel room again four days later and they wouldn't honor the same price

The staff at the front desk let us check into our room early and that was very appreciated after being up for 27 hours! The worker in the kitchen/breakfast was very nice and helpful.

Very Noisy first night! Slamming doors, loud outside talking, the constant fan button didn't work so maybe that would of helped with the noise and there was pounding coming from above. Second night not bad at all.

The kids loved the heated pool. We thought the staff was wonderful. Girl at front desk seems to work long hours and is so nice. So definitely have respect for her. Cleaning staff also very nice.

The jets in the spa were dying. The first room we got smelled so bad, but they changed us with no problem and the 2nd room was ok. The blow dryer didn't work, the TV is a USB only TV so no cable channels didn't bring anything to connect so it made time in the hotel with kids more difficult. The bed was very firm. I'm 21 weeks pregnant so I could be more sensitive but I couldn't sleep at all my back was so sore. The kids slept fine. Wouldn't stay more then a night. The gym was not good. It was a treadmill, a bike and very basic weight machine. Was disappointed because I just thought it was more looking at photos. So I wasn't able to really workout like I normally would. The breakfast the begals were to hard and alot of very carb heavy food. They did have eggs but only meat was sausage which is hard for us who don't do pork. Wish they had an alternative. They did have bananas, and peanut butter so that was a little better.
