They overcharged us. $500 for one night. All because the flights were cancelled at Denver International Airport. And they took advantage to charge us $500 for a room that should have cost closer to $100.

Rooms and common spaces were very clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast was amazing.
The location cleaned with a very heavy scented cleaner which I am highly allergic to. I had to get a hold.of my Dr to get a prescription allergy medicine to handle staying there. I recommend using a hypoallergenic cleaner to all service facilities. I also recommend picking up the trash from extended stay rooms daily.

Love the room sizes love the people at the front desk rented a room across the street and wasn't satisfied with the room sizes are with the people that work for the company I've been staying at the quality inn for years and I always get good service always good recommending love the remodel

The night desk gal looked and acted like she was in the last place she wanted to be. would've been nice to have her smile when I checked in at mid night.

Bathtub would not shut all the way off. You had ti wait 20 minutes between flushes, which is a pain with 4 people. Told front desk. They said someone would be down but no one showed. So told them to cancel because we were going to bed. No phone in room to call front desk. No apologies or seem like they cared.

Staff was not friendly and not welcoming. I stayed there for a weekend and was never greeted by the staff. They charged me a fee for early check in, when the room was ready. I was told on the phone that if the room was ready they wouldn’t charge. The breakfast didn’t cater to special diets. I asked for two rolls of tissue and received one with no explanation.

The sinks were clogged I had trouble with the shower. Location had alot of semis.

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast selection. It was very good.
Get better beds. It felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood. Neither of us could sleep.
Also, the key cards would stop working if you looked at the wrong. I have never been to a place where you could not have your key near a phone or other cards. I had to go to the front desk multile times because we got locked out of our room.

Easy check-in. Complimentary airport shuttle. Very spacious rooms. Helpful staff. Effective air conditioner.
Room and bathroom quite shabby. Shower has no shelf or ledge or anything to even place a bar of soap. Pool and hot tub closed.
