Very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The people above me were super loud After a long day of skiing an elevator would be nice.

Room was excellent with all we needed on our annual return here. Beds were amazing. Free breakfast was above normal you get these days with out paying and arm and leg.

Great location and easy access to downtown. Additionally, the breakfast being available.

Some of the dishes were not cleaned. One of the front desk attendants was rude and did not answer any of the questions we asked and on top of that was rude to my husband for asking for more towels. The other three front desk attendants we came across though were quite nice.

we found out that we could’ve booked the property significantly cheaper when we got to the hotel so it turned out to be very expensive for what it was

the hotel is horrible for the price. I get it is close to skiing but come on! 300$ a night for such a low class hotel is ridiculous

No room cleaning, making beds, no towels weird staff

Could have made some exception to the non-refundable/no cancellation policy with consideration of the fact that the roads to Steamboat were treacherous at best to travel on the day of check-in. Route 40 closed for over 50 miles due to a major accident involving three tractor trailers and multiple cars — thus detouring travelers to unplowed route 64 in a blizzard with whiteout conditions. But compassion and decency no longer exist in the business world — hospitality included unfortunately. Should have risked my life to make use of $300 I suppose. Yeah !

not much. the daytime front desk female was really helpful , pleasant however the night guy could have cared less about much of anything

my close to refrigerators. heard what appeared to be tables being moved around very early in the morning. presume the were setting up for breakfast. the scrambled eggs must have been at least a year old although the breakfast lady was also very nice

the staff

well located, a bus stop to the mountains (5min) / downtown (20 min) right at the door, very clean, beds very comfortable

breakfast was prepackaged and not good. some of the staff was friendly, half of them were very unpleasant.

they gave us dog beds for the pups
