There was no breakfast, light fixture hanging in shower, no seating in room except beds.

red roof was sold out. is owned by another company, they honored my reservation, but got into the room, and it was 90 degrees in there, dead bugs in the bathroom, room smelled horrible, no tv remote. and they said it’s going to take 5 days to get my refund. ABSOLUTELY the worst experience i’ve ever had with a hotel

When I went to take a shower the water was out. Found out it was a water leak in another room but it was quickly fixed and water restored. Cable never worked in that room.

I’ve traveled all over the world and have stayed in some dodgy places along the way but I have never come across such a disgusting place as this. the floors as soon as you renter the lobby looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed in months. The place smelled of cigarettes as soon as you entered. The first room given to me was filthy and when I pulled the sheets back, of the made bed, hairs and crumbs were on the sheets. Upon telling the manager of this they said they had been short staffed, as if that was an excuse. She proceeded to “ upgrade” me to another room and upon entry the floors hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed , in my opinion, for weeks . Toiler hadn’t been cleaned, the mirror was filthy and the sink had hair and the last residents toothpaste left in the bowl. The duvet covered was covered in stains everywhere and just downright disgusting. There was no toilet paper nor was there a smoke alarm as it appeared to have been torn out. the bathroom floor was covered in a dirt/ film. I have never been in such a disgusting establishment as this. When told of all this there seemed to be an acknowledgment of sorts and a shrug of the shoulders.

Everything, roaches, dirty rooms yes they changed my room but the other room had just as many roaches, fire alarm needed to be changed. I booked for 3 nights I only stayed one. Stains on the comforter from the 1st room, smoked filled hallways for that to be the non smoking floor.

We were awakened around 4am to a mouse in our room (we recorded it to ensure they knew we not only heard the mouse but saw it also) we called the front desk, and they moved us to another room where is smelled like someone had peed everywhere, there were black bugs crawling on the wall, the tV didn’t work and at one park of the floor it was caved in and felt like you’d fall right through if you weren’t careful. The staff was nice; however I would have thought they’d give us the stay for free considering all that took place and all they did was take 15% off. it was a disaster and we won’t be staying again.
