The room was filthy. My kids was terrified to sleep there. but luckily it was only for a few hours. Staff at counter wasn’t in uniform nor friendly. Room had trim peeled back, dirt all over walls, toilet was dirty, and stains on sheets. We booked it for 5 people so we needed to utilize the pull out sofa but couldn’t because no sheets and nasty stains on the pull out mattress. On top of that the couch was filthy so we had to drape a comforter over it so my oldest could sleep on it. Should have been a $50 a night hotel. Very disappointing!

The few staff members we encountered checking in at approximately 11:30 at night and leaving by 7:55 the next morning were pleasant.

The entire facility is in dire need of extensive repair. The air wouldn’t get below 72 degrees. The water from the leaking shower not only filled the bathroom floor, the water ran under the bathroom door due to a very pronounced slope in the floor and accumulated in a HUGE puddle in front of the entire foyer of the room (which is the ONLY ingress and egress of the room. The leaking shower is NOT a recent problem as the bathroom door is rotted at the bottom, the grout around the tile as well as the caulk sealing it beside the tub/shower has long been gone and there is mold growing on the wall above the bathroom door.

The breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, and the location was good!

I thought the room was a little too expensive considering the bathroom needed work.

There is mostly fast food restaurants near there. Only a Shoneys for dinner and that left a lot to be desired

The room seemed as if it wasn’t even cleaned just made beds. The trash bags weren’t even changed before we checked in and we checked in at 1AM so there was plenty of time for the room to be throughly cleaned!!

Was unjustly charged for a little piece cigarette in the toilet 250. Bad smell in the hallway will never stay here again

Breakfast was ok. The breakfast staff was wonderful.

The facility was grubby. We had someone attempt twice to get in our room at night. Called the front desk to report and was told by staff we were in the wrong room. No apologies from the staff on their error for not recording the correct room on their system.

The hotel was right where I wanted to be. Close to my family's home and not to far from any stores.

I didn't like that my toilet was running if you don't physically go in a hold it up for like 40 seconds for it to stop. The beds were hard and it creaked every time you moved around. The bathroom was very outdated. Lots of broken pieces around the shower area and stains in the tub.
