The property was in a convenient location and well maintained.

one thing that would have made my stay a 10 would be if there was en elevator, carrying our luggage up the stairs was a bit of a hassle.

No hot water at all! Cold shower is not what I like the best in winter! Outlet doesn't work, you can't charge your phone while sleeping! Stay away from this place!

location is 7 minutes from ohare parking lots.

front lobby was deceiving about the true condition of this place. once we were able to find illegal parking (because all parking was taken by park and fly customers, leaving none for hotel guests) we entered the actual hotel. carpets were filthy. getting into our room, you had to sit crooked on the toilet due to the location of the counter and the door. the bathroom counter was practically in the shower. TV has limited channels and seems like it may be going out. the floor has a down slope on the tv side of the bed. if you’re looking for a comfy bed to stay in a couple hours, this may be it but good luck finding parking. I would not recommend this place at all.

price and location were great

No obvious info on park, stay, fly option. we thought we had booked that but upon arrival discovered we hadn’t and parking was sold out. stressful! Bathroom door trim and walls were dirty and needed wiped down.

Nothing fancy but comfortable for one night before an early flight the next morning. Shuttle service was a huge bonus. Left on time and dropped us off where we needed. Also restaurant onsite was nice

no breakfast- false advertising. I would not have chosen the hotel had I known it did not offer breakfast. when we arrived it was posted that breakfast was available from 6-9am.
