Location was fine. It was close to the relatives we were visiting.

My wife was upset that the swimming pool was closed.

You am not a fan of waffles wish there would have been fresh fruit I.e. bananas, grapes, apples would be a perfect easy addition. Our check in clerk was so hospitable, helpful and kind. Wonderful employee.

The facility was clean and the young woman that checked us in had excellent customer service skills. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

Everything was clean the bed was great we missed breakfast because we slept so well

No complaints the night before we stayed at la Quinta and Willowbrook and it was horrible

Lager party hard many of the room on the first floor , they blocked the enterences and exits, would not move when asked. They where loud and no one from the staff said anything. Kids where running up and down hallways while screaming.

None of the machines were in working order...my "free" breakfast was a stale muffin and I had to buy a small orange juice for $2. There were no tables or chairs at which to sit. I left a wakeup call when I checked in, and when I found out I didn't need it I called the front desk and cancelled....or so I thought. At 3:45 my phone rang and 5 minutes later rang again so I called the front desk to remind them that it had been cancelled. The desk clerk, who did not speak English, must have not understood, because I got 2 more wakeup calls. I accidentally put this in the "like" area. There was nothing, absolutely nothing I liked about this place. I've actually told 2 people about this hotel, and they said, oh no everybody knows that Quality Inns are crappy. Well I know it now... I will never stay at another one.

Pool and hot tub were closed with no indication of such on website or booking.com broken ice makers and vending machines on first floor. Breakfast was bad. Broken juice machine, no milk. Only frozen packaged muffins and coffee, yogurt available.
