Safe enough hotel with staff that are helpful and pleasant

Facilities were a little dated, door knob comes off the door to our room, same exact items for breakfast every day.

The room was spacious.

The security system by the side door nearest the stairs wouldn't recognize our keys to let us in. We also couldnt access the gazebo area outside where we wanted to sit.

I was told it was a Queen bed in a Queen suite, it was a Queen Suite but the bed was not a Queen, it was a Full. When I asked staff about it they insisted it was a Queen, however it definitely was not a Queen!

I loved how spacious my room was and it was very comfortable.

I didn't like that my toilet ran all night. I came into town to visit my grandkids. We wanted to enjoy the pool. We were there about 10min before a huge group of about 15 kids showed up. They were extremely loud, rude and stole my pool towels. Also, I was told check out was at noon. I started packing my car up about 11a. My grandkids stayed in the room. The oldest is 8. While I was gone she told me that housekeeping knocked on the door and was wanting to know when we were leaving so they could clean the room. I have no clue who it was but that was at 11a and check out isn't until noon. I understand they have a job to do but I wanted to enjoy my last hour at the room I paid for. After everything that had already happened I was just ready to go. So, I checked out at 11

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet throughout our stay, location was very convenient for us, and our special request was honored.

Didn't have real hot water for shower.
