Will not stay again.

Location to family

It has been 3 years since I last stayed there. Something has happened to the place and it is not good. The breakfast was terrible, I could not cut the scrambled eggs. Front desk staff are more concerned with the infant babies the bring to work, the cleaning staff acts like they are going out of their way to do their job.

dirty floors, poorly washed bed linen and towels, and employees who are not very responsive to guests' requests.

Musty and damp!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

The entire facility was run down and very musty. The carpet was wet and dirty and the towels were damp from the humidity. The sheets were worn out and had holes.

Could have been a lot worse.

The breakfast was OK. However, the first morning, we got to the dining room at 8:15 am, and as soon as we entered the room, the lady in charge started removing the food. The sign said from 6:am to 9:30am. Another guest came in after we got there and there was nothing left out for him to eat.

After the room was cleaned on the first day, we had no wash cloths. Don't know why that was. Toilet seat was loose. No TV on second night. (not fault of facility)

The stay was very nice. Beds were comfortable and very clean rooms.

Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was adequate. It is nice when fresh fruit is an option which where was. Loved how spacious the suite was.

Master bath was looking like it needed a little redo. A little rust.

The bathroom floor and carpet in the room could have been cleaner.

Disappointed in our stay.

Easy to find, beds were comfortable, clean & staff was efficient.

We got very little sleep, the sound travels a lot, we could here the toilet & shower in the next room, it sounded like it was in our room! Would not stay here again. The breakfast was lacking!
