Everything was wonderful
People who were not guests of the hotel occupied the pool there should be a place to scan your key to get into the pool gate

Price and location clean sheets and comfortable beds
Floors where dirty lots of dust, also air conditioning didn’t cool well, curtain rod was broken.

The room was on the first floor as I requested, I had a 7 lb. puppy with me so also requested a pet friendly room, which was nice. The beds were nice and comfortable. They could have remodeled the outside of the room. The door frame was rusty and missing in some spots. They have a sitting area with a gas grill, actually they had two of them which was nice if you wanted to cook something outside.
The breakfast was OK, but both days the potatoes were hard and I had to move them in order to find some soft ones. You need to change it up have bacon or ham, change the american fries to hash browns, scrambled eggs to omelets, biscuits and gravy.

The food is always hot, delious and arranged do neatly. Just add muffins with no nuts to the menu! Mrs. Williams customer service and smile keeps me coming back! I look forward to stay there every trip!

we got to bring our pup
the shower was dirty, it was old food in the fridge when we got there. the people next to us left there dogs in the room alone all day so it was non stop barking all day and night

I liked the muffins that were there for breakfast, they were actually fresh
There was hair all over the sheets and towels in the bathroom. The staff wouldn’t change the sheets and towels and they also didn’t offer to switch rooms. We had to pick up the new sheets from the office area, change the sheets ourselves, and then bring back the dirty sheets.

our jacuzzi in our room didn’t work so the lady at the front desk gladly switched our room and the second tub worked and the room was better for us. 10/10 recommend for any stay with or without the jacuzzi.
the kind and helpful staff really made our stay better.

Loved the bed and the being able to book with debitcard not a credit card.
Also really liked that housekeeping wasn't knocking on our door before or right at check out. Good to not feel pushed out the door.
Didn't like the bathtub/shower. It's weirdly shaped the oversized shelves and low shower head make showering awkward, the bottom is also slick hardnto keep from slipping. Their was a rather large cobweb In the corner of the room made us wonder how long it at been there was so big. Also there were 2 of us and we got one of each towel..would have been good to have more towels luckily I'm one of those that pack extra towels. Even when "the hotel will have them" is a thought.

No elevator to the second floor. Made carrying bags difficult. Also a long walk from parking area to the room.
