Staff friendly. Nice pool
Dirty carpets, vents an landscape run down. The plug covers were off, heat light an vent in bathroom were broken. The bathtub was chipped an chair was broken.

Staff was kind aside from the manager.
The property was disgusting and rooms were filthy. My first room had no fridge and the ceiling in the bathroom was crumbling. I was issued a new room. The carpet in my room was covered in bodily fluids. I notified the desk and they said they did not have another room but would get it cleaned. I took my children out to dinner and upon arrival back the room had still not been cleaned. At this point it was too late and we were 3 hours from home we had no choice but to stay in this filth. It took two days for me to Finally get in touch with management for then to tell Me that well I could of refused the room and checked out. The gave me a $25 credit and said take it or leave it pretty much. I would never recommend staying at this dump.

Location was great. Came in from Monroe to pick up a travel trailer we bought late last year. 4-hour drive. We came in a day earlier to have time to get acquainted and hooked up. Room was clean and well maintained, and quiet.

I would have loved more towels. we had 4 people in our room and only two towels. I had to go ask for more towels and washcloths

Wasn't very busy. Staff was friendly
Pool heater was out. Hot tub was only thing available to use. Stairs to the 2nd floor need replaced. Almost fell a few times from the steps being so worn down. Some of the customers were exceptionally rude but some were very friendly and kind. And the showers were small

The place was ok. Room was a lot more updated, then I expected. Fresh paint, newer beds, but if you looked around you could see the old bones. Fridge made the whole room sound like wwII submarine movie. Would stay here again, if no other options were available.
Breakfast was awful. Waffles and not much more....everything else was so blah, that I had not intention of trying. Door to the room would not close easily, had to force it. Toilet would run after flush, unless you took care of it...

The room was fine and appeared clean enough.
My daughter got bed bug bites (although I did not sleeping in the queen next to her). This has caused her and to a lesser extent myself, a whole lot of anxiety and worry. The room and mattress seemed clean, but apparently not immune to bugs

Cable tv, pillows were comfy, front desk person/guy was friendly & helpful with directions & location.
Room was small, desk chair had a broken arm, security chain was broken, no counter for toiletries, towels were on shower chair which seemed unsanitary, no soap dish in the shower & water on the floor in front of the laundry area & ice machine which caused me to slip but luckily not fall.

I don’t really have much to say about what I liked
it was very unclean there was mold and stains and the toilet moved when u used the bathroom and the hotel smelled very bad and it was a very uncomfortable stay the windows didn’t lock and in was very bad

Room had handicap shower not tub shower as stated in booking .com also no extra blankets pillows towels ect just standard room price was too much for accomadations

Dog friendly! Affordable, Very nice indoor pool & hot tub! Plus they gave us the last room on the first floor, by the side door, so that was very convenient to take our dog outside.
The light in the bathroom was too dim, & the brighter one on the timer didn’t last long enough.
