Location fantastic. Next door to Amtrak. Minutes from The Henry Ford, our reason for coming and downtown Dearborn. Minutes from downtown Detroit.

Only negative was tge sometimes sketchy wifi

Very centrally located. Being able to have breakfast without having to go anywhere was a plus.

Breakfast was great, loved the variety of food. My daughter loved swimming in the pool.

Bed was a little too soft, I'm used to a firmer bed. Key cards sometimes didn't work for the pool.

Choose this hotel for proximity with Henry Ford + Had a pool. Although, the pool was closed for our whole 3 days trip....

We stayed here due to an extended power outage. The facilities were clean and quiet. The internet was incredible. I was able to work from the hotel room with no interruptions. Other local hotels were price gauging due to the storm power outage but Comfort Inn did not.

Note: none of these would prevent me from staying here again. These are petty, but you asked. 1. I enjoy hot showers. The water tempterature was acceptable but I would have liked a hotter shower. 2. There was no fruit at breakfast. 3. The #4 was not illuminated in the elevator. This bothered my husband, for some reason. 4. The back entrance was not locked our first day at the hotel. After that, it was secure and a key card was needed. 5. Wifi and key access card are reset on Mondays but we were unaware of this.

It was nice.

How about a complimentary like breakfast.

I booked for my 83 year old mother and put my name on the reservation instead of hers and they charged me over 130 dollars extra to change the name. How aweful of them. Very greedy couldn't even work with a customer.

Even if located between a main street and the rails, it was quiet. Ford museum was near by and a bit down the road are some nice Restaurants and bars

It's not the hotel's fault, but when you get out your car and immedeately see/smell some pot-heads, same for the people in the lift, they all have had the Marihuana fragrance, you are concerned about questionable folks around you. But again, this is more a social problem.

It was a great location to work, even though my stay was not for work - weather related.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was glitter everywhere - including in the coffee cups, masking tape on the walls, the window was broken. It was not impressive, but it as late and I was tired and dealt with it.

Don’t stay at this hotel,I found a bug and they refused to refund the money because I stayed in the room for 5 hours and he said that when they checked the room after 5days they didn’t find anything it was like I am a liar . After I found the bugs i get out immediately and book another hotel .
