Staff were very friendly and prompt. Room was nice and the price was very reasonable.
Parts of the room were not clean, found a bandaid stuck to the AC unit and trash behind the desk. Room keys also didn’t work and had to get them switched numerous times

Location and staff.
Our bed sagged in the middle and was overall very uncomfortable. The comforter had holes in it. The bathroom sink didn't drain. We asked them to fix it the first morning we were there...maintenance arrived while I was in the shower, we asked them to come back and they never did. The room had an unpleasant smell...like dirty wet rug.

The room had bed bugs, I didn't get any sleep for the itching and scratching - I'm still suffering from it. They said they would reimburse me but they haven't

I understand with any company or type of business like this there’s always work that needs to be done but the room we stayed in and 314 can tell where they had to break the door and big amount  light coming from around the door and could see the frame was bent.

The breakfast was delicious and a great variety. We enjoyed it very much. The room was very quiet and clean. Everything was fine except for the TV remote and tuning thereof. Very disappointed with that feature that apparently can not be fixed which was a great disappointment to us.
The TV was appalling. Extremely difficult to change channels with a remote that doesn’t have the decimal button. The TV required the input of either 1 or 2 numbers followed by the decimal follows by another number. Ie: 12.5. If you wanted to watch channel 12.5 you had to press 12 on the remote then the up button until you reach .5. But it wouldn’t always step upward then drop back to 7.1. At which time you start over again. Talked to the front desk about this problem and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. So, I’m sorry to say I’ll never stay there again.

The location was good.
The room showed signs of serious water damage - and it smelled like it. The furniture was old and worn. The vinyl on
the desk chair was half gone. This room really wasn't fit for rental.

Fifthly dirty as hell bed bugs🪲 all over the beds did not stay waiting for a full refund not happy with the out come at all....

It was to my son house .
I like the location .
The first room we had there was beer bottle under the coffee table. The second room we got the hide abed still had sheets from whoever stayed there before. And there was so much trash under it!.
You need to have your housekeeping clean better!

Everything looked old fruit looked very old and overly ripe. The presentation was of quality.
The bed slept well room was clean, however there was was only one face towel in the room.

the room was very nice
My stay was for 3 nights. I requested maid service for each day and never got any service. I had to ask for towels and soap and shampoo.

Most employees were friendly and helpful
asked for a light bulb to be replaced and it fidget done and was moved to a different room

Standard free breakfast fare. Hot food was tepid. Needed to be microwaved to get it hot Waffles were adequate. Thakful the heating and air conditioning worked. Carpets worn. Had hot water in the shower.
Was there for 4 nights. Housekeeping did not come in room once during my stay. Refrigerator did not work. Asked for it to be replaced. 3 night it was replaced. No safe in room. Television had no guide. Guide provided did not align with television channels. Had to hunt and search for individual channels.

Location
Room was not the cleanest. Trash under the beds and behind the entertainment center. Room was out dated and needed simple things replaced. ( Toilet paper holder was rusty also towel rack)

It was a good location that's why I chose it plus I've stayed before since we have dr appointments in st louis
My shampoo was left over from the guest before so was the conditioner(shampoo was half empty)there was hair in the bathtub and I didn't like the fact I couldn't find something in the room that showed me what channel was what so it would be easier too find something on tv
