Bugs in bed and bathtub and all over ceiling

The location of this hotel is convenient for travelers but the facilities is problematic. It’s a perfect location especially if you are traveling across the country.

Look I have to be honest. I know this is somebody’s business, but I’ve got to give an honest review about my experience. They put a sign saying the place is being renovated; crap. The place need to be closed down until renovations are completed. Room 103 need to be closed down. That is the room I got. There was bugs in my room and on the bed. The hotel staff blamed it on the rain/the weather (nonsense). July 14th it rained at night. The floor in room 103 got wet. The floor right side of the bed, by the bathroom. Travelers need a restful night of sleep. Not concerns about bugs crawling on them at night. I’m extremely disappointed.

Price and location good for traveling family.

Room was clean and didn’t have a weird odor. The a/c unit in the room didn’t work. Staff was very nice and helpful on check in and out . Looks to be going under renovations. Doing their best.

It was clean and convenient location when road tired. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly.

Just a bit on the old/rundown side. An older facility they are obviously working to make better.

It is an inexpensive motel in Tucumcari NM.... I got exactly what I paid for. Rooms were clean, braeakfast was hot. I would stay again
