Location was good. Price was great. Quiet at night. Good breakfast.

Some of the outlets did not work. Of the three lamps in the room we could only use one due to non working outlets.

The room was too warm and we couldn’t get the temp down. It was clean. The breakfast was good. The experience would have been okay except for the heat problem.

It was fairly close to Cleveland Clinic. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. When I checked in the lady was nice and polite. She let us know that there was free breakfast starting at 6am.

They don't have enough luggage rack movers(to get bags from car to room). There's no fridge or microwave in the room. The drapes don't close, for privacy. The day I checked out, the housekeeper had to wake up the clerk. Then he messed it up and I got charged double. Housekeeper tried to keep my family from eating the free breakfast, cause she told us it was for guest and then she said it was for working men. It took me a week to get the extra charges off my credit card. I had to call the hotel three times and my credit card company three times.

Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast with limited selection: eggs, waffles, bakery items… I chose the location because it was very close to a family event. There were many nice restaurants close by. The room was very quiet: no noise from outside or the hallway. The air conditioning unit was also quiet.

Air freshener would help. Two of the pillows had a bad smell.

It was nice that there was a hot breakfast provided. The hotel was quiet and check- in was fast!

Breakfast was great!

The door on our room didn't shut properly, they didn't have any extra towels and we had to wait an hour before they would have some. The rooms were not all filled, they could have went into another room and grabbed some for us and the sheets were stained and torn on both beds. The mattress was comfy.

The room was decent size, and the location was perfect .

The smell of weed throughout the hallway was so strong. our room even smelled like it .

Great location, tucked away on a hill perhaps a quarter mile from I-77 and I-480. My room was spacious and quiet--I never heard another guest while inside my room. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage for breakfast, and the pastries were good as well. I found the staff friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or the exercise room, so I can't comment on those. I would definitely recommend this hotel for others traveling alone.

3rd floor ice machine was empty the 2nd night of my stay.

The breakfast was good. Lots of variety to choose from.

The place was run down and the room had a peculiar, musty smell. The mattress and pillows were mushy and offered no support.

Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. Sorry but they are all the same and after traveling for 2 weeks, they get boring and tasteless.
