The hotel was in a great location.

there was hair left in the shower on the wall

I love April she was great and the staff was awesome on all shifts. The Breakfast woman was awesome every morning.

The whole Staff is amazing

everything worked. beds were clean, room was clean

seemed a little worn, carpet’s, elevator floor at door was warped

Specifically looked for hotel with breakfast because it helps so much on a long travel day. When we checked in they told us the breakfast hours. Went to find breakfast in the morning and they said sorry, no breakfast because of plumbing problems! They knew about the plumbing problems the night before and had all night to find a fix and alternative breakfast solution but instead did nothing about it. Also, they said in a message that they could give our family adjoining rooms, but when we get there, they said they couldn't and gave us rooms across and half way down the hall.

The rooms were clean and well furnished.

The side exit did not have a handle on the outside for re-entry. Elevator inspection was out of date and hall carpets were stained everywhere.

There wasn't anything left at 9am

For $156 for 1 night everything could have been better Way to expensive for a plain room for 1 night and it kind of didn't smell good

The pool was terrible & there weren't any lounge chairs to lay in.

the staff was very friendly

the room wasn’t as advertised on booking.com. there was no washing machine in the room. the hotel smelled horrible and the room was super humid. our shower didn’t drain and the toilet didn’t flush well. it sufficed for this trip as we were only in town one night but I wouldn’t want ti stay here for a longer stay. for $116 i would have liked to at least been able to breathe easy.
