Elevator broke and we were on the top floor.

I didn't like the smelly sheets. The nasty walls or the rust in the bathtub. I didn't like it whenever I told the front desk my problem. And the housekeepers were called and given the report They said no, that they were not going to clean my room. And they didn't. We were given another room. The desk lady was very nice. She was surprised when they told her no. She said to them are you housekeeping? The lady responded yes, to her question

the lady at the desk was so sweet. overworked with all the phone calls though. needed help:)

nothing really only there to sleep and get back on the road.

It was kind of rusty in the tub.

It was near from my family's home.

It was infested with roaches.

The location and the cleanliness.

The visitor above me were very loud. Stomping and running across the floor at 5am.

Breakfast was good.

Elevator did not work.

The staff was very friendly and helpful given their limited resources

The facilities. Things not working especially the elevator. I'm disabled and had to use the stairs. The sheets were dirty, desk is rotted, window glass broken, cigarettes butts everywhere and the list goes on. This place needs to be shut down and given a complete renovation including new equipment especially a new washer and dryer system.

it stated they had sleeper sofa. We had my self my husband my 25 yr old son and my sister who is older than me… so we got the room with 2 double beds and a pull out sofa. the sleeper sofa was broke.. we had to wait for them to bring up a cot. we ask at 6 pm for the cot at 11:30 my 3rd time down at the desk i was told they were waiting for the sheets to dry and they had no covers!!!!

There were bugs in my room I had to switch rooms the bathroom had rust still bugs and the sheets was not clean also the phone didn’t work in either room so I had to keep walking down with my complaints

The staff were civil, but made empty promises they didn't fulfill. They even seemed to have low moral and blamed other staff for things in our presence. We asked for a hair dryer to be supplied to us, and though 3 different people assured us they would get one for us, we never were given one. We were denied extra towels. Housekeeping was moping the tile floor area by the breakfast room when I went out at 6:30 AM to get coffee, and the floor was very slippery - why didn't they mop at a time nobody would be coming through there? We used the pull-out mattress on the hide-a-bed sofa for our daughter. The mattress was stained and dirty looking. The sheets had holes in them. And to cap it all off, my husband and I returned home after 2 nights with several bug bites on our lower legs. These were not mosquito bites - I've had them before, these were bedbug bites. Be careful about staying here! We were in room 117 in mid October, 2022.

Bed was comfortable & Almost too tall. Breakfast was good. Dining area clean & well supplied. Bold coffee & Regular coffee were Very good.

Checked in & went to assigned room. Card key did Not work. HEARD people talking in room. I knocked on door & Got NO response. Someone LOOKED out of peep hole, as light was blocked. Then, I heard the Toilet seat, noisily hit the toilet. I went back to front desk & informed clerk of issue & another room was required. Employee, hidden from view, said that she knew what “happened & that another room on another floor is ready.” Vague apology given with No explanation offered. Second room had a Connecting door that was closed, locked & had a bench in front of it. I was Not expecting that! The smoke detector was NOT there.
