Breakfast was good. Fresh fruit, good quality breakfast foods. Great brewed coffee. Lots of everything and very clean!

The warm pool and hot tub .it was very easy to get on and off the hwy

The breakfast was quite bad. No fresh fruit, junky prepackaged food, no eggs. We have family members that are gluten free. There was literally nothing for us to eat except high sugar yogurt and fruit cup.

AC was noisy and never really cooled the room. Shows waffle makers in online photos, no waffles. Breakfast was pretty bland, cereal, bagels and cold breakfast biscuits with no directions for heating in the microwave.

I got ripped off by them. They double charged me for the room and refused to re-imburse me. They said I booked the room twice and they had a no-refund policy. When I complained at check-in, they said there was nothing they could do. I wanted to see as manager, but they were not available. They then put me in a room that had hundreds of ants in it, and I did not realize it until I got up and was covered in them. I complained but they said there was nothing they could do. When I called the number, they gave me to complain, I realized it was in India and the person trying to help me spoke very broken English. It appeared most of the staff were also of Indian descent. You can believe I will never stay at a Choice hotel again, nor will any of my family or employees. Imagine waking up, covered in ants and all they could say is we're sorry, but there is nothing we can do.

The breakfast was a little thin. Continental. No eggs. Nothing hot.
I was on the back of the hotel bordering a major artery. Just before bed, a truck came through with engine brake on and it was very loud. Fortunately, there were no more loud vehicles, but I will ask for a “front” room next time just in case.

The location was the only good thing about this stay. The free breakfast was really great.
The staff cared more about talking on their phones than taking care of customers. The Quality Inn was dirty, the pool area was dirty. The beds in the room were very uncomfortable. I will not stay at another Quality Inn!

It was conveniently located and the staff were great! The beds were comfortable too. Decent breakfast options for quick grab.
The building was pretty run down. The air conditioner was quite loud and there was water damage on the walls.

Breakfast!!! Liked having the indoor pool and hot tub. Was nice for the grandkids. Hope it will get renovated also. Tub in our room trained slow. When showered I stood in water to my ankles. 😵 But it was just an overnight stay on our way to Tennessee. Would stay again!
Didnt tell me there was construction going on at hotel. The smell of carpet/glue was bad. But glad its getting a facelift! 😉

The location was great just exit off interstate..The heated hot tub & pool was great!!
Bed is to hard !! I sleep on a lot of pillows so wish there had been more on the bed.

The hot tub in my room did not work. There were no handicap parking space available due to what few there were.

Not much, other than the 2nd bed was comfortable and had sheets without stains on them.
Wrong type of room (no handicap access and no king, which was my confirmed choice!); no working applicances; dirty sheets on bed; toilet not able to flush; not much sympathy for we 2 seniors who required handicap access; no absolutely no remuneration or willingness to make the situation better; you can hear loud traffic, as the room we got was at the end of the building, next to the highway.
