We had to leave. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had a disabled person with us but the elevator was broke. Nobody even asked to help us up stairs to room. The lobby was dusty as it was under construction. Pool also closed but never told. Front desk did not even tell us no elevator. Really disappointed but had to leave.

Facility was in the midst of completel rehab. Staff went out of their way to make stay comfortable despite construction. Will be returning.

the $100 hold on my credit card for room damages. absolutely absurd. we’ve stayed at 4 star hotels and did not have that amount on hold. it was a 1 night stay with my husband. Makes no sense why that $100 hold would be applied.

Staff was very rude, there were workers all in the halls working on the hotel, very loud, it was dirty, there was no wifi code, the price was way more than supposed to be. We left 2 hours after arriving, we could not take it there any longer!

The morning staff only was friendly.

We order a king room only to be told they were booked and didn’t have any king rooms. I said how is that if I booked it before it was booked. the gentleman said, “That’s a good question.” That was the extent of his help. It was late and we had no choice but to get the smaller beds. The bathrooms had lot of mold. The shower wall was broken collecting water causing the mold. One of our rooms wasn’t even cleaned. We had to get another room after walking in and seeing food and stuff indicating it was never cleaned. Cobwebs in the bathroom. Chunks of dust on the windows.

I booked through Booking.com where the hotel had stated a surcharge of $25 for pets. it was the end of a LONG (10-hr) day of travel. at check-in I stated that I had a small dog. The man at reception said “there’s a $75 fee for pets.” I showed him the Booking.com app where THE HOTEL had published $25 but this fellow said that had changed as of this past summer. The rate for my room was $107 so the added $75 was a HUGE increase!! But they had me over a barrel. I just couldn’t drive another 30 miles to the next city to find a room so I ended up spending about 70% more for my room. To add insult to injury they put another $100 hold on my credit card “for incidentals!” (There was absolutely nothing one could purchase as “incidentals” at this place! There was a single drink vending machine.) Up in the room which, I will say was large, the bed was so uncomfortable that I swear I could feel every spring in the (old) mattress. In the morning I hoped at least the breakfast would be OK but that, too, was a huge disappointment! Orange juice was down right awful and dispensed from a recycled coffee pot! I guess it all fit together though: failure to honor their advertising, low quality bedding, tired and obviously lackluster b’fast offering. This ranks as one of the worst stays for me. NEVER AGAIN!

Good location, clean & decent breakfast

The closeness to the Venue we went to was perfect. Breakfast was good also.

TV Remote was dead. So couldnt access the TV didnt know about pushing channel 7 for manual access. Big bees nest in the window so we couldnt open our window. Drywall in bathroom ceiling falling out.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable. The hotel was clean and the pool was nice. The breakfast selection was also good.

The only disappointment was the broken hot tub in the pool.

the pool was open but pool was freezing and hot tub was broke, we got this hotel for the kids but turned out we could not use it broken. so the kids had nothing to do, and we paid more at this hotel to have that it was disappointing

Food was good, and the location was great for our visit.

We checked in on Friday. Saturday at 3 the room was not made up yet. I called the front desk and it rang for an hour. I went down and asked if she answers the phone. She said she was fixing something. Apparently, they do not clean rooms everyday, only every other day. We’ll, if you have a two night stay your second day you don’t get fresh towels and beds won’t be made. The room was horrendously decorated with orange and burgundy walls. Felt like a cave.

I liked that the hotel was 27 miles away from the camping groups that I am attending for church event. Also. I would recommend this hotel because it is clean and the staff are very helpful when you need something. I would definitely come again.
