Everything on the property was nice. Everyone was helpful. The beach loungers and umbrellas were set up every morning so all you had to do was walk out and relax.

I loved the landscaping, the property with the grassy areas the pool areas and the updated refurbished rooms. I also loved that the parking was covered on the ground floor so my car didn’t cook.

Nothing. Our stay was amazing. Right as we arrived on property, the office staff came outside and offered to get our group photo we were struggling to take ourselves before we even checked in. When we did check in we were allowed to check in early which made all the difference as we were only staying one night. If we hadn’t we would’ve been able to enjoy the beach front and pool areas because at the time of our true check in there was a huge thunderstorm. So we appreciated an early check in very much! I also loved that there was free use of pool floats, paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We ate at Dante’s for the breakfast deal and it was delicious. Our server was excellent and helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and I’ll tell people about this place!

I like the fact they have EV charger there.

Disappointing experience. I was made to wait until 4PM for check-in (while traveling with my 4-year-old child), with no accommodation or empathy from the staff. At check-out, there was zero flexibility.I was forced to leave at exactly 11AM! What makes this more frustrating is that the hotel was very far from full (and was even advertising summer promotions). There was no operational reason for this rigidity, just poor guest service and lack of empathy. I checked here on booking and there were rooms available in the same category… Another issue was the breakfast service — we waited nearly an hour for our food!! There was only one employee covering all the tables, which was clearly not enough.
