Mike at the front desk was amazing- he went above and beyond. I have been running businesses for many years, he is exactly the type of employee I want on my teams.
There were dirty masks behind my bedside table, and a pile of pubic hair next to my toilet 😑

The hotel services, there is no way to communicate, there is no shuttle service to the Mayo Clinic, everything is a bit far, there is no silence to rest, and I do not comment on everything that happens in this hotel.

Harold the 3-11 clerk was wonderful. Very helpful and funny. The lady in the morning, don't remember her name, was very rude and not helpful at all. A little smile and and have a good day goes along way. Bed was too hard.

The location to the venue
Staff came in our room at 9:00am to check on room while we were sleeping. It’s definitely an older hotel. A big disappointment compared to what the reviews and the hotel website represented.

There was no breakfast, snacks or. Coffee. No ice machine.

The staff is not welcoming, not friendly at all. The lady at the reception was rude and seems like she doesn’t want to be there to entertain anyone

Bathroom smelled like someone was smoking in it.
