The room was large, bed comfortable, lots of storage space, great location for the event were attending. Ok breakfast BUT, our room never had the coffee, cups or towels replaced, 1 morning the cleaning staff never even came in to empty trash or resupply, coffee, cups or towels. All 5 nights we stayed required a trip down to the desk to ask for something that should have been in our room. The first night I spoke with the manager and he assured me it would be taken care, but it never got better. I did advise the manager again on the last morning of the issues, he came up and was surprised that the cleaning staff had not been in.

The bed was never made and the room should have been checked daily to resupply coffee, towels, cups and empty the one small trash can
