Pretty clean room for the most part, pillows and bed were comfortable
Our refrigerator in our room didn't work.
The ice machine on our floor was out of order and there was no ice bucket in our room.

Kind customer service at desk we were there for 2 days cause of power outage it was very busy but they were calm and took care of us all. The breakfast was awesome.tje pool and hottub were clean and great!

The breakfast is great!!! The pool and hottub was awesome..The staff were great I stayed during power outage and there were allot of people try to check in at one time.and they kept there cool and got everyone waited on,

The staff was very friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The breakfast had a large selection of food to choose from. The location of the hotel was close by enough to many restaurants that you could chose a variety of meals. I would choose this hotel again on my next stay in Ohio.

Housekeeping coming into room at 10:10. Food wasn’t great.

floors was dirty and room smelled like cigarettes couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi or water because the chlorine was too strong for our eyes it was burning them

I enjoyed the location of it it was easy to get in on and off the expressway
The pillows for your too soft for my taste and my Boyfriend taste next time we will bring our own pillows.
