Bed was comfortable. It looked nice. Room was cleaned and bed was made every day for me.
Hot water was hit and miss. You’d be taking a nice hot shower then it would go to barely luke warm then back to hot. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but there’s way too many pot smokers that smoke outside their rooms. The smell would drift into my room…

Room was clean,just the right size, quiet, peaceful. Staff was great . I definitely will be making this my motel on my visits to Victoria.

It very close to UHV and places I needed to go to.
There was a damaged vehicle in a parking slot that made it seem like it was not safe, but it was well lighted.

There was a 1 inch gap under the door so bugs could come in. We put a towel there.

I had to pay $10 extra because we were 3 adults. Makes no sence. I payed for a double bed room 😣

The price was very good for what I got.
I had to give $50 deposit at time of check in don't know what it was for but they should let customers know when the reservation is made. Even though I did get it back at check out, but I was on a budget for that trip and it almost put me in a bind.

Location
Having to give a $50.00 deposit than if they approve that you left room clean they give it back to you. Don't count on breakfast it was horrible plus thier was NO FRESH COFFE pot was still there from the day before. It's okay for a last minute stay

It was close to my job
The room was disgusting. The bed rolled around on the floor. There was construction and children jumping on a trampoline in the parking lot. There were roaches coming from the room next door. I explained to the front desk that I work nights and sleep during the day, then an hour later, she called me repeatedly, waking me up to tell me to move my vehicle to the other side of the building. I explained that it wasn't safe, as I'm a female, solo traveler. She didn't care. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

Well you get what you pay for. Small TV , loose toilet , and empty wall. No pretty frames.
