Clean and updated they remodeled. Great staff and can understand what there saying, lol. Quiet it's always quiet no rift raft.
It's a little ways out from twin cities but worth it. Plus if you like bass fishing it's great small mouth fishing on the Mississippi

Terrible bed. Dirty floor. Dirty bed. Dirty shower curtain.
Very limited selection of breakfast.

The staff was very eager to answer any questions and helped right away when my key card stopped working to open the door.
The breakfast was fine, but not very accommodating for people who want to eat healthy. They had fruit and fruit juice, but all the bread was white, all the cereals had sugar, and they had no plain oatmeal packets.

The parking lot is a little tight. Other than that, all is good.

The price was cheep for such a clean well taken care of hotel.. All updated floors, appliances, lights etc
The only thing maybe location outside the twin cities and thats mainly due to high gas prices
