Everything was fine. Due to the weather storm, it was quiet and I had the chance to relax. Wished I could get a free night stay but I understand business have to continue no matter what.

Area was good to stay for the convenience of the state games
The overall stay of the hotel was horrible. We had to plug everything up bc the rooms hasn’t been used in a while plus had roaches & we didn’t have a knob to turn shower on.

Two lights in the room were out; rings in the toilet; no stopper in the lavatory; no coat hangers in the closet; breakfast choices out/asked to be replenished.

The only positive was that location was close to campus.
Should have known right away that this was not going to be good. Walking up to our room you could smell pot smoke. Upon entering our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. The bedding was dirty, there was a layer of dust on the furniture and even the walls were dirty (looked liked spills that were never wiped off). The corridor to the pool smelled like urine. This place should not have been available for occupancy.

Way over priced for this hotel. Found a few dead bugs. Ashes on the dresses when I asked for non smoking room. Air didn’t work properly. Room had bad smell. We had to stay since if was my niece graduation. Wont be back

the location was ok. the front desk people were super nice. I ended up not staying and they didn't charge my credit card
Old and it updated I can tolerate, after all it is a budget hotel. I don't expect the furniture to be modern or without chips/dings. Dirty is a non negotiable for me. The room smelled of mildew and smoke (even though marked as non-smoking). the linens and mattress were stained, tub was dirty, and I wouldn't put any of my food in that microwave. I took a brief inspection and went back to reception to say I wouldn't be staying.

worst Room experience I have had in years. First room was filthy, no shower curtain, no toilet paper rack, dirty towels, musty room, and feces on the back of the bathroom door!!!!! it was horrible. staff simply moved us to a better room the next day. no apology. no effort to deal with it

I lost my phone charger in my room and I call them to tell my case,they answered me I need to wait till second day morning to contact room keeper. But usually people book this kind of hotel just for one night and they will leave to other city. it's impossible for me to go back oxford next day. I don't get it why can't they just set a lost and found in front desk,it might be helpful for most people

The room was like a chain smoker had been in it. Even the clothes I left in my bag smelled like a ashtray
