As soon as I passed through the main gate the card was required to access the hallways.
I wasn’t able to use the shower head to bath.

I did not stay because I was not able to get in to my room . I had arrived at 1230 midnight from my flight from detoit and front lobby was closed and no one was in to let me I did ring for someone to let me and no answer. I finally found another room at 130 at another hotel . I haven't got a refund .I did call and I was told the lobby closes at midnight. I would of never booked a room with them.

It was quiet. All the positives ended there.
There were several roaches in the room, rust everywhere, trash still in the trash can. Blood on the floor in the lobby and walls in the elevator. Just overall very unclean

The only thing I liked is the location was close to our work site.
The room had small roaches and the one elevator they had went out we had to take the stairs. One of our employees had a hard time climbing stairs because of his disability.could not believe they only had one elevator in the whole building

very poor service, bed was Soo uncomfortable, there was hair everywhere from the bed to the restroom. Horrible experience, Never again.

Bed sheets were yellow, peoples belongs left behind from before were not removed. Saw roaches, shower didn't work

A/C didn’t work. Roaches in the room. Bed springs horrible with others hair all over sheets and pillows. Head rack from bed fell. I am not making this up. Management no where to be seen or contacted. Stay away from this property at all cost.

Room were Spartan. Furnishings were sparse. Accomodations left much to be desired. Water was terrible. Only a bar of soap. Front desk was closed most of the time.

Service rooms not being clean daily had reservations and told me they were booked at the moment of checking in

No breakfast. Reserve room but room not gauranteed till that day. Why make reservation if reservation not guaranteed according to front desk
Guarantee room. Reserved fir non smoking but got smoking.

The bed was so uncomfortable and the room had roaches. I had to go to my vehicle and came across a man in the elevator in just his boxers because he locked himself out of his room and no one was at the desk to help. I used the phone up front to call 500 more then 3 times and no one answered. Just didn’t have a good experience there.
